Career/skill up

Career/skill up
We have a training and education system and a fair evaluation system, including new employee training and OJT. In this way, we aim to develop careers at an early stage and improve skills according to the abilities and characteristics of each employee.
New employee training
For one month after joining the company, a training period is set up to learn everything from the basics to practical content. After that, you will work with senior employees first, and you will gradually learn the work, so it is okay even if you have no experience at all.
Career advancement training
We believe that it is important for each employee to constantly strive to improve as a professional and to develop human resources who will lead the industry in the future. We have a comprehensive training system tailored to individuals, such as "skill improvement training" and "management training".
Personnel evaluation system
Twice a year, employees are evaluated on their work performance and contribution to goals, and the results are reflected in assessments such as salaries, bonuses, and promotions. As a result, we have created a climate in which employees can play an active role regardless of age.
Eligibility acquisition
Our company will bear part or all of the examination fee for acquiring qualifications related to work.
External seminar tuition support
Our company will bear part or all of the cost of attending seminars related to work. In addition, we recommend taking classes during business hours based on the coordination of each department.

In addition to paid leave, we have introduced special leave such as family leave and marriage leave, as well as an annual health checkup.
Various leave systems
We encourage employees to plan to take at least 10 days of paid leave each year, and any unused days can be carried over to the following year. You can also take special leave such as family leave, marriage leave, and nursing care leave.
Medical checkup
We have made it mandatory for employees to undergo a regular health checkup once a year, and we bear the full amount, including the cost of rechecking.

There are also systems such as reduced working hours so that employees can balance work and family even after returning to work.
Maternity leave/childcare leave system
Childbirth leave, before and after childbirth, and childcare leave are available so that you can concentrate on raising your child with peace of mind. In addition to female employees, we are also focusing on taking childcare leave for male employees.
Reduced working hours system
Even after returning to work, we have put in place a system that allows employees to balance childcare and work.
Nursing care leave system

Regional contribution

Work Experience
We are actively engaged in environmental conservation activities and social contribution activities, such as regularly cleaning up the roads and riverside parks near the Muikamachi factory, providing workplace experience for local junior high school students, and accepting internships for high school and university students.
