Information in FINETECH JAPAN

Our booth: 31-9, East Hall 5, Tokyo Big Sight

This year again, we will exhibit at 17th FINETECH JAPAN -world's largest exhibition in the FPD Industry-, which will take place at Tokyo Big Sight from April 11(Wed) through 13(Fri).

This year we will exhibit the following printed samples as part of our printing technology we have developed:

seal pattern sample for organic EL (600x750mm),
pattern sample of rewiring print on a wafer for CSP.

And what is more, many accessory materials which we believe to be useful for screen-printing such as:

new-type Squeegee Scan

will be displayed.
