INTERNEPCON 2006 was successfully concluded!

"INTERNEPCON JAPAN 2006", in which NEWLONG also participated as usual, was held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from January 18(Wed) through 20(Fri).
It was a greatly successful exhibition with more than 1000 exhibitors and 46542 visitors this year, likely due to the upturn in the economy.

This time, we displayed machines such as LS-150TVA, LS-25TVA, LZ-12WDA, and SG-200HR as well as actual printed samples under the theme of microscopical print.
We are glad that our booth, with more than 550 visitors in the three days of the exhibition, was also successfully concluded.

It is remarkable that we were able to display even polyimide coat and printed solder bump along with the realization of 20u rewiring print on the wafer, which we have been working on over the last few years.
LZ-12WDA enjoys a reputation as a special printer developed for these kinds of printing, always being ready for printing tests as a demonstrator back in the factory.
Furthermore, practical print samples of 20u electromagnetic shield and antenna circuit, etc. got a lot of attention.
