Door to Infinate Challenge

- The Visualized Power of Vacuum Printing -

There are some kinds of print that must not contain air bubbles.
For example, sealing print for organic EL displays and plugging print with conducting paste such as silver or copper.
For such kinds of print, vacuum degassing apparatus, which creates a vacuum around printed works to degas from them, was necessary before.

However, because bubbles are formed irregularly, the amount of paste degassed by the vacuum degassing apparatus also becomes irregular, that is, it is too late to degas from the paste after printing.
NEWLONG's vacuum printer enables the print with no bubble and fixed amount of ink by covering the whole printing unit with a chamber to create a vacuum for printing.

Now, let us compare vacuum printing to ordinary printing. The left is the print under atmospheric pressure, and the right is the vacuum print.
Printing under atmospheric pressure allows bubbles to be formed. On the other hand, vacuum printing completely plugs the hole, even the corners, with paste.*1

*1 An action, differential pressure plugging, is also working on this case.

Do you have some trouble with a bad yield of products because your present allows bubbles to be formed? If so, how about replacing the process with vacuum printing which does not need vacuum degassing apparatus and provides fixed amount of plugging ink by printing in a vacuum? Please contact us!
